People make holidays & I loved my stay here great memories

A nice mix of guests from all nations made it a very enjoyable stay , people make holidays & people definitely made this stay

Too many birds at meal time , first room smelt of smoke but they were really good at rectifying that

Good

I only liked the staff, I didn't like anything else, after the first night we went to another hotel.

The rooms smelled bad, the food was very poor, we changed the room twice, only the third time we managed to get a room without unpleasant smells. There is no animation, the pool was cold.

Matches the price.

The general manager is a very king person and knows how to treat guests. However, the cleaning stuff can be very insulting. The way to the beach is not what one would want.... especially not when the sun is out high. The pools are nice, the food was not bad, plates and cups could be washed more properly.

Nice stay

The staff was so friendly, supportive and helpful ( Bassem, Oamr, Mostafa and Mr. Mahmoud), there is no much food varieties but with good quality, the beach @ blue hotel so good, the aqua wasn't big but fine for all ages. Good for relaxation and family trip as well

Great vacation over Christmas and New Year’s! The New Year’s Eve party with the other Amphorus properties was fantasti

The property is smaller than some, but has everything that you need.

1. I wish they had heated the pools. Only 1 small “kiddie” pool was heated and the no one was using the unheated pools, because it was so cold and windy during the day! 2. Please remodel the beach area , so that there is an actual beach.

Good value for money

To begin with, important to realize that this is a BUDGET hotel. So you get what you pay for. I think that this is a hotel having very good value for the money you pay. On a positive note, the hotel has water slides, overall it is clean and in general people are friendly. The hotel is not directly at the beach but you can get there by 15 mins walk at the sister hotel Amphoras Blu. There were different fruits and cakes during the meal time. For evening entertainment, I went to Amphoras Blu where they had nice shows like Fire show, Oriental show etc. There is some day time animation as well.

Although there is in principle formally all kinds of food, the variety is not that big. There is chicken, beef and fish, one sort each every meal. One time in a week we had sea food. Also there are many cakes and pastries that look very different but taste same so putting different ingridients inside cakes would be appreciated. The variety of alcohol is also sort of limited, and all alcoholic coctails you need to pay for separately. The evening animation was not so well organized so I usually went to the sister hotel Amphoras Blu where similar shows were better organized. Also, it would be much better if they would announce and invite people to the day time animation through loudspeakers, otherwise it is easy to miss these activities.

Do not look for the richness of Turkish cuisine for breakfast. location is considered central. The tall clerk, ahmet at the reception was very helpful and friendly. He supported us by answering every question we had.

My friend accidentally knocked over the table and the glass on the table broke. That evening, we were told that there was no problem, but if I remember correctly, the person called Amir asked us for 30 dollars for the glass the next day, and we said we would not pay it and reduced it to 10 dollars. A glass is never worth 30 dollars. If that table's glass costs 30 dollars, how can they reduce it to 10 dollars? Also, why did they ask us for extra money when they said there was no problem?

Has everything you might need

This hotel has everything you might need, the staff from management to pool boys are keen to serve. Food was decent everyday for all meals, pool was clean. Walkable distance to private beach. AC worked well. It's a 3 star hotel by Egyptian standards so expect this level of finishing on things

- slow charging from room sockets - Some uninvited male attention from some staff but minor. - common areas in the apartments are dusty and unclean but rooms themselves are clean and room service was good. - check out is at noon but was called and visited 3 times in the last hour pressuring me to check out, not sure why - some towels and sheets had stains.

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it for the price.

The staff were very friendly with the exception of one of the animation team. Food was ok, the cheese and cold meats were cheap brands and not edible but the salads and meat very good. Beds are very comfortable. Great to have a heated pool in the winter.

We asked if after checking out we could stay on the premises with our family until 3.00. Which was fine and the reception night manager said no problem keep your towel card but check out. The next day the morning reception guy made us hand the towel cards back in which was frustrating to be told one thing and do another. The only place to get a glass of wine is in the dining room, if you want it in any other outlet you have to buy a bottle.

Great value all-inclusive hotel near to the beach.

Great all-inclusive hotel near to the beach. All of the meals were diverse with lot of options, free drinks and a beautiful terrace to eat near the pool. You can use the Amphoras Blu partner hotel's beach, which is 10 min walk from the hotel. All inclusive food/drinks are free there also! The beach has beautiful coralls, fish and lots of sunbeds. We loved our stay.

Good, but oldish furniture, it could be a bit newer and cleaner. Allergens in meals couldn't be identified/not written.

Perfect except food

Everything was amazing, starting from the cleanliness, the location, the staff specially the entertainment staff (FARAOUN and LOCA). The beach has coral reefs and is in another hotel ( amphoras blus) where you can go with the hotel's bus

There is a big variety of food, but it is repetitive and some food was really inedible.

I was amazing with the hotel's location and facilities. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Mohamed Tarek for his help.
